The staff was very friendly and very helpful!! Upon arrival we were given a WhatsApp contact through which trips, airport transfer and alike could be arranged easily and reliably. We used transfers to the "Hot Springs", to Vinworld and to the airport. All worked out well and were priced appropriately. The hotel is situated very close to My Khe which is a very nice and lively beach. The rooftop bar is a nice spot at night.

-we got the room upgrade and the apartment we had was perfect- thank you :) -tasty breakfast with a lot o choice -good location near the beach -decent SPA centre -good size rooftop swimming pool -clean -helpful & nice staff This was second time in a hotel and all was good as last time, apart from the gym which need a bit of improvement ;) thanksss ☺️

I'm backpacking, But decided to treat myself for my Birthday for one night and chose Belle Maison. Belle Maison was absolutely amazing. The Staff, the location, the food, I had a massage & loved it. I 💯 recommend here if you are after somewhere lovely to stay. The Buffet Breakfast had so many choices & the food was delicious. It's a clean hotel with beautiful views. Walk across the road to the Beach.

Amazing location, great variety of food, Vietnamese , Korean, western, a lot of fruits. Very comfortable room, friendly and accommodating stuff, they really care about you and your stay. Wonderful view from the pool and the bar

Location of the hotel is just right at beach. Very good SPA & wellness facilities. Skyview (roof-top) bar adds some more excitement. Two good restaurants one european and one Vietnamese with excellent food and delivery to the room. Very good communication with the staff via WhatsApp - really appreciated.

Stayed for one night here. Greeted by staff immediately from the road when we stepped out of our Grab. The customer service was amazing from the get go. We requested a early check in as we were only in Da Nang for one night and not only did they let us but they upgraded our rooms free as well. Staff there were super helpful and we could contact them at any time through what's app if need be. After asking what were going to do today we told them we were gonna get some food first and they even followed up with us to see if we had found what kind of food we were after or whether they can help us if we hadn't. 100% recommend

Staff were very helpful. Our room had a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed and bunk beds which was great for our kids. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Spa was also great, staff were professional. Many "western" restaurants just accross the road, and many local restaurants on the same street. Plenty of choices for lunch/dinner.

Great location across from the beach. A little bit older in the rooms than the pictures on Booking.com. Bed very comfortable. Bathrooms great. A bit of noise at night from music playing across the road at beach bar. Staff very lovely and helpful.
